You apply this advice by taking a notebook and writing down all the favors and wonderful things that Hashem does for you. Simply thank Him for each individual thing down to the tiny details. Whoever does that will surely be full of happiness because he or she will discover that their life is full of Hashem’s loving kindness and that the notebook is not enough at all for writing all of Hashem’s many favors that we receive every moment of the day. In addition, whoever keeps a gratitude notebook will see more and more wonders and miracles.
