Gevuroth Yitzhak on Moadim: The sefer speaks mainly on Hag Shavuot and Matan Torah indept and with Fascinating commentaries with Halachot and Aggadot. There’s also the Rambam Hilchto Talmud Torah which teachs Derech Eretz before accpeting Torah and Ol Malchut Shamayim.
